Multi Midwest Sdn. Bhd., the developer for Taman Pertama Mahandoi launched their new phases, 3A and 3B on 25 May 2017. This new project covers a land area of 6.43acres. There will be 9 blocks and 67 new 2-storey houses. Phase3A is expected to be completed end of this year and phase 3B, within the first quarter of next year.
The land area is 1,800 sq ft and the gross build-up is 2,165 sq ft. The price ranging from RM701,000 to RM1,008,000. The developer has installed surveillance CCTV in all the streets as its security measure for this residential.
